Home Homebuyer Programs Housing Rehab Classes Contact Us Mission

 Welcome

Umpqua CDC divides some of our training and rehab opportunities and programs into two housing centers; Umpqua Regional Housing Center, serving Douglas County residents, and SOC-HOP, serving Coos and Curry county residents. These regional housing centers serve as "One Stop" referral centers to help residents with any aspect of housing needs.

Pre-purchase Counseling

Our knowledgeable counselor will help you become an educated homebuyer and create an action plan to become purchase ready.

Down Payment Assistance

Many households have difficulty raising the cash required for down payment and closing costs. Several programs are available that can provide the necessary funds. Our staff will help you research which down payment assistance program is right for you.

Owner Occupied Housing Rehab

This program offers 0% interest deferred payment loans to low-moderate income homeowners with homes in need of repair. If your home needs roof or foundation work, weatherization upgrades, plumbing, electrical, or other necessary repairs, you can use the equity in your home to complete these repairs without increasing your monthly expenses.

Individual Development Accounts

The DreamSavers program provides participants with financial education as well as training to help you reach your goal of homeownership.
